We are a Chartered Quantity Surveying Company based in Sri-Lanka that was formed with the drive and skills to provide top of the line services catered specifically to the clientele needs that include Construction Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Value Engineering, as well as the preparation and/or defending of Claims to Architects, Project Owners, and Contractors.
The company commenced operations in June 2012 and Q-Pro Services (Pvt) Ltd combines the traditional skills with newly evolving techniques/software in relation to Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management to provide its Clients with a Combination of Cost Management Services under one roof.
Q-Pro Services caters to a wide variety of clientele that encompasses those based locally as well as on the international setting and ranges from large corporations to entrepreneurial individuals. Q-Pro Services also boasts a proud history of being the go to destination for outsourced Quantity Surveying services by many internationally based clients since the company's inception. The attention to detail and 'client-first' methodology we employ are just some of the few qualities that we adopt in order to continue providing the high quality of service we pride ourselves on.
