Conducting of Value Engineering Workshops to eliminate unnecessary costs and Cost Management throughout the project duration
Preparation of Bid and Contract documents based on ICTAD standard bidding documents or FIDIC terms and conditions
Tender evaluation and reports on tender results including recommendation for award and preparation of contract agreements
Preparation of Feasibility Study reports and Cash Flow charts
Quantity Surveying outsourcing work
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities for all trade elements
• Preparation/checking of Tender Bills of Quantities, verification, and review

B. Post Contract QS Services

Preparation of interim certificates recommending payments
Managing the cost of the project through monitoring potential claims or variations to the project
Post-Contract administration, preparation, and response to contractual letter
Preparation of up to date monthly cost plans in order to control the planned costs, risk of cost overruns, and ensuring smooth closure of the agreed project final account
Assisting in dispute resolutions, planning, and implementation of the project
Preparation and defending of potential claims

Conducting Value Engineering and Value Management on Projects at Concept Design stages and during tendering stage


02. Project Management Services (PSM)

The key role of the Project Service Management is to function independently as the Client's Representative pertinent to proposed construction works and to manage project team members' inputs related to the Project Management and Quantity Surveying Service scope for successful completion of the project.

A. Design Development and Management

Assist co-ordination between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Engineering, MEP, Cost/QS Consultants, etc.) during pre-contract and post-contract periods on Clients' behalf
Manage and assist the consultants during the preparation of the Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents
Manage and assist in obtaining details (selected contractor, engineer, consultants) to formulate the signing of the contract

B. Cost Management

Obtain cost and cash flow estimates from Cost Consultants in line with the construction programme, review and assess cost information
Review and advise on procurement strategies for the project
Review periodic payment certificates issued by the Engineer
Obtain monthly financial reports from the Cost Consultant and review/report
Review and manage all extra works, variations and potential claims
